Hall Sensor (Pressure Sensor for Progressive System)

Hall sensor is applied to progressive automatic lubrication system. The function is to give feedback of the collected pressure pulse signal to the monitor-control unit to alert the system failure when the pulse signal cannot be obtained.

Due to the characteristics of progressive lubrication system, any one of the channels in the system pressure failures will cause the whole system pressure failures. In general, the Hall sensor will be installed on the master distributor to minimize the transmission distance.

Pressure Sensor for Dual Line/Single Line System

The pressure sensor is applied to single /dual line automatic lubrication system. The function is to give feedback of the collected pressure pulse signal to the monitor-control unit to alert the system failure when the pulse signal can not be obtained.

Due to the characteristics of single/dual line lubrication system, one of the channels in the system pressure failures will not effect the rest channels. In general, the Hall sensor will be recommended to be installed on the furthest distributor.

The pressure sensor can only detect the pressure in the main channel, any failure between the blocks to the lube points cannot be found by pressure sensor.

Integrated Monitoring Device

The integrated monitor will be assembled directly on the pump at the time during the production. It has a built-in temperature sensor and connection to the grease level sensor inside the pump, as well as the hall sensor or pressure sensor on the distributor block.

According to the pre-set parameters, the monitor gives the warning for low grease level, low temperature and pressure fault. At the same time, the user can set the working time and the pause time by the monitor according to the actual working condition of the equipment.

External Monitoring Device

The position of the external monitor is generally located on the cab dashboard of the equipment or the monitoring center of the equipment. By means of connection such as CAN Bus protocol, in some applications, the pressure signal, liquid level signal and low temperature signal can be directly connected to the control terminal of the equipment according to the customer’s demand, and a unified operation interface can be used.

According to the pre-set parameters, the monitor gives the warning for low grease level, low temperature and pressure fault. At the same time, the user can set the working time and the pause time by the monitor according to the actual working condition of the equipment.
